G.M. Family first dealer

INCENTIVE:

All active U.S. Hourly and Salaried employees or GM Retirees that visit their local dealership for customer pay transactions of $25.00 or more on the service lane, in the body shop or parts department are eligible to receive a discount towards their purchase. The discount is based on the total customer pay RO (repair order) value as follows:

$ 25.00 - $49.99 Repair Order Value - Receives $ 5.00 discount

$ 50.00 - $74.99 Repair Order Value - Receives $10.00 discount

$ 75.00 - $99.99 Repair Order Value - Receives $15.00 discount

$100.00 + Repair Order Value - Receives $20.00 discount

Employees will be able to utilize up to three (3) discount events per year at participating U.S.

dealerships.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Employees must supply the dealership with their unique authorization number at time of transaction.

Employees are able to retrieve their authorization number at www.gmfamilyfirst.com.

• Each eligible employee will be able to utilize up to three (3) discounts during promotional period,

March 14 – December 31, 2011.

• Services performed on GM Company Vehicles are not eligible for discount.

• Minimum purchase required is $25.00. All RO values are before discount, taxes and shop supplies.

• Offer is non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash.

• Discount is stackable with current everyday value pricing and all CCA rebate programs in market

during program time period.

• Purchases of GM Vintage Parts, GM Performance Parts, GM Restoration Parts are not eligible for

discount.

• Only active U.S. Hourly and Salaried employees and retirees are eligible for discount. Suppliers and

Contract employees are not eligible for discount at this time.
